By opening an account, you agree to provide complete and accurate information and promptly update any changes to maintain its integrity.

A. Eligibility

By registering for a CREA-THUM account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person over 18 or of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws.
• As an individual, legal entity, or organization, you have the legal capacity and necessary authorization to accept these terms.
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from using CREA-THUM’s platform or services.
• You do not currently have an active CREA-THUM account.
• You do not reside in, are not located in, and are not accessing the platform or services from a restricted location, nor acting on behalf of a person or entity from such location. "Restricted Location" includes the United States, Malaysia, Canada, the Netherlands, and others designated by CREA-THUM.
• If acting as an employee or representative of a legal entity, you have all necessary rights and authorizations to bind that entity and access the platform and services on its behalf.
• Your use of the platform and services will not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and anti-terrorist financing laws.

NOTE: Each user may only maintain one primary account at a time. These provisions also apply to the registration, use, protection, and management of business accounts.

B. Verification

CREA-THUM acts as custodian of digital assets stored in our wallets. These assets are assigned upon account creation and become the property of the user once the identity verification process is successfully completed.

C. Digital Asset and Currency Transactions

• No Guarantee of Value: CREA-THUM does not guarantee the value of digital assets or any other digital currency. These assets are not equivalent to legal currency and are not protected by institutions such as the FDIC or SIPC.
• Financial Risks: Transactions involving digital assets carry inherent financial risks due to their high volatility. Market fluctuations can cause significant value changes over short periods.
• Irreversibility of Transactions: Transactions on the digital asset network are verified and confirmed by the network itself and cannot be confirmed, canceled, or reversed by CREA-THUM.
• Financial Advice Recommendation: We strongly recommend users become properly informed and consider seeking independent financial advice before participating in digital asset transactions.
• Other Risks: Users should be aware of risks such as technical issues, cyberattacks, and regulatory changes that could affect the security and value of their digital assets.

D. Third-Party Services

Customers may subscribe to third-party services through CREA-THUM, subject to additional fees and conditions set by the providers of those services.

E. Wallet Address and Private Key

CREA-THUM uses a pair of cryptographic keys to secure transactions. The public key acts as the wallet address, while the private key is necessary to authorize transfers.

F. Account Suspension

Yowledge and agree that CREA-THUM reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and any related or affiliated accounts, freeze or block digital assets or funds, and suspend access to CREA-THUM services for any reason. This may occur if CREA-THUM suspects any account is in violation of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, or any applicable laws or regulations.

CREA-THUM assumes no responsibility for any permanent or temporary modifications to your account or the suspension or termination of your access. We also reserve the right to retain and use transaction data or other account-related information.

G. Grounds for Suspension

Account suspension may occur under the following circumstances:

• The account is under governmental process, criminal investigation, or ongoing litigation.
• Unusual or unauthorized activities are detected.
• Unauthorized account access.
• A court order or regulatory/governmental request has been issued.

H. Account Termination

CREA-THUM reserves the right to terminate these Terms and your account under various circumstances, including:

• CREA-THUM discontinues its services.
• Multiple or indirect registrations under different names.
• False, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete registration information.
• Refusal to accept amendments to these terms.
• Express cancellation request by the user or other situations CREA-THUM deems relevant.

I. Data and Digital Asset Retention

Upon account cancellation, transaction data subject to retention regulations will be securely stored for five years. If a transaction is pending at the time of account termination, CREA-THUM reserves the right to inform the involved counterparty. Any user-initiated account closure request, in accordance with the right to erasure under GDPR or similar regulations, will follow the mentioned cancellation protocol.

J. Administrative Fund Blocking

If CREA-THUM is informed that digital assets or funds in your account are stolen or that you are not the rightful owner, we may place an administrative hold on the funds and your account. This hold may remain until the dispute is resolved and acceptable evidence is provided. CREA-THUM is not involved in dispute resolution and assumes no responsibility for any account restrictions during such time.

K. Remaining Funds After Account Cancellation

• Account Cancellation: Any remaining balance in the account, including costs and liabilities, must be immediately paid to CREA-THUM. Users have five (5) business days to withdraw all Digital Assets or funds from their account.
• Cancellation Due to Fraud or Breach: CREA-THUM will retain custody of the user’s Digital Assets, funds, and data, and may deliver them to governmental authorities in the event of account cancellation due to fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any applicable law or regulation. Users will not be entitled to claim any compensation or damages for such actions.

L. Limitation of Liability

CREA-THUM shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from:

• User misuse of the website or services.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform for reasons beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to user information or accounts.
• Transactions made based on inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
• Decisions made by users based on the informational content available on this website.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CREA-THUM makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or its content.

M. Intellectual Property

All rights to the content, design, code, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other elements of this website are the exclusive property of CREA-THUM or have been licensed for its use.
